If you need to adjust the time or date of your booking, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new time based on availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed but may be possible if requested in advance.
5. Event Cancellations
In the rare case that a scheduled gallery event or special exhibit is canceled by us, guests with confirmed bookings may be offered an alternative visit date. No financial refunds are issued; instead, a new reservation time will be arranged.
6. No Physical or Digital Product Returns
Since we do not sell physical goods or downloadable items through this website, there is no return process for such products. All content is informational, and access to the gallery is only via in-person visit.
7. Group Visits and Custom Arrangements
For group bookings or school visits, separate arrangements may apply. These are handled individually via direct communication, and terms are confirmed during the booking process.
